WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SERVICE CHARGE ON YOUR TICKETS?

CAN ANYONE BUY TICKETS FROM TICKET TIME INC.?
.... ..Yes, Corporations, small businesses and individual customers all receive the same top quality service from Ticket Time Inc.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD?
..... Yes, Ticket Time Inc. accepts AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club/En Route and The JCB Card. A credit card authorization form is available by fax if needed.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
..... No,
there is no refund or exchanges. Should the event be cancelled,
Ticket Time Inc. will refund the amount of
your order less a 10 % administration fee.
WHY DID YOU EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE PRICE FROM U.S. FUNDS TO CANADIAN FUNDS?
Tickets are clearly listed in U.S. funds and
an exchange rate is applied to the purchase price when tickets are bought
on-line through "third party" web sites.
Please read all conditions of sale when buying tickets on-line from web sites
other than Ticket Time Inc.
U.S. customers will find the price has reverted back to the lower amount when
you receive your credit card statement at the end of the month. Canadian
customers will receive our lowest exchange rate and will often be quoted in
Canadian funds over the phone.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Inc. uses same day and overnight couriers to ensure fast and safe arrival of all orders.
If you are ordering on the day of an event a 24 hour pick up spot can be arranged
and some event tickets can be left for pick-up at the venue box office. We also
welcome customers to pick up orders at our office.
Arrangements can be made for your order
to be sent to a hotel of your choice on the date of check-in.
